Please note that due to the unique and delicate nature of handcrafted items, we can only accept returns for defects and not for any other reason. Return Policy for Casting Candles:
Casting Candles are Final Sale: Due to the specific spiritual and consumable nature of our Casting Candles, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for Casting Candles unless they arrive damaged. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
