Booking A Consultation Policy

Lightworkers Garden LLC offers one-on-one consultations to provide spiritual or metaphysical guidance to better assist in the creation of your Casting Candles. By scheduling a consultation, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

Scheduling & Payment

  1. Appointment Scheduling: Consultations can be booked through our website’s scheduling system, via email, or by calling our customer service line.

  2. Payment: A consultation fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment slot.

 

Refund & Cancellation

​

  1. Cancellation Window:

    • Up to 24 Hours Before Appointment: You may cancel your consultation and receive a full refund of the consultation fee if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

    • Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the consultation fee. No refund will be granted.

  2. Rescheduling:

    • You may request to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.

    • Reschedule requests within 24 hours of the appointment will be handled on a case-by-case basis; additional fees or forfeiture may apply.

 

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable. We may allow one courtesy reschedule at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

 

Late Arrivals

​

  • Grace Period: We allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes.

  • Reduced Session Time: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened accordingly, and no partial refund will be given.
